Research Operations Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring physicians at our research sites are prepared to start trials of investigational products.
The key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and negotiating clinical site investigator contracts and budgets
- Staying connected with Investigative sites, sponsors, and internal personnel regarding contract status and documents
- Preparing contractual documents and correspondence
- Facilitating indemnification processes between study sponsors and sites
- Serving as an internal consultant on study budgets (investigator payments) and training documentation
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree preferably in life sciences or related fields
- Experience or understanding of clinical study start-up requirements
- Experience in clinical trial operations and regulatory guidelines
- Contract review and budget negotiation experience or similar skills
- Proficient project management skills
