Legal Advisor for Commercial Lending

We are currently hiring a highly skilled lawyer to advise on commercial lending matters, including loan document interpretation and market dynamics.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing day-to-day legal advice to senior leaders and their teams globally.
  • Coordinating with outside counsel and internal operations to address operational feasibility considerations.
  • Participating as a legal advisor in cross-line of business projects for the firm's loan operations teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience with private equity or sponsor transactions, syndicated lending, secondary loan trading, real estate lending, specialty asset classes, and international transactions is preferred.
  • Law degree. Attorney candidates must be in compliance with all relevant licensing requirements.
  • Excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and good team player.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
