We are seeking a skilled and experienced Game Designer to join our virtual reality content creation studio. Our team is dedicated to crafting high-end interactive experiences and games for immersive platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing and Iterating Gameplay Mechanics and Systems: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to conceptualize and develop game mechanics, systems, and features that promote an emotional experience for players.
  • Creating Technical Design Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure seamless communication between team members.
  • In-Engine Level Creation and Iteration: Work within our engine to create and refine levels, mechanics, and core features aligned with the project's vision.
  • User Testing and Feedback: Conduct thorough user testing to guarantee player needs are prioritized throughout the design process.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Contribute to delivering a high-quality product by collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Game Design: At least one shipped game in a game design capacity.
  • Player-Centered Approach: Focus on designing experiences that cater to the player's needs and preferences.
  • Adaptability and Independence: Thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining independence in decision-making.
  • Effective Communication: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to facilitate successful collaboration.
