Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering and projects teams globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering and extensive experience in managing large-scale industrial projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and maintaining global engineering standards, leading the governance process for all industrial CAPEX, and providing technical leadership throughout FEL stages and project reviews. They will also support site teams with project scope definition, risk assessments, and contractor oversight, while driving innovation in industrial design, digitalization, and sustainability.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of FEL methodology, EPC/EPCM models, and industrial standards. You will also need to be fluent in English and have experience working in multicultural and matrixed organizations. Travel may be required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and maintain global engineering and project execution standards
- Lead the governance process for all industrial CAPEX
- Provide technical leadership throughout FEL stages and project reviews
- Support site teams with project scope definition, risk assessments, and contractor oversight
- Drive innovation in industrial design, digitalization, and sustainability
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of FEL methodology, EPC/EPCM models, and industrial standards
- Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
- Experience in multicultural and matrixed organizations
