Job Title: Integrity Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Integrity Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our marine units' piping and static equipment are maintained in good and reliable condition.

  • Assist in the preparation of inspection plans and follow up on actual status for all units.
  • Prepare inspection plans for SBM leased units, including piping, static equipment, and coating.
  • Verify that inspections and maintenance are done according to the plan, analyze trends in deteriorating conditions, and advise remedial actions as necessary.
  • Prepare repair specifications and follow-up repairs, maintaining a register of typical repair procedures.
  • Ensure technical databases are set up for new projects and coordinate input with project teams and asset integrity headquarters.
  • Maintain up-to-date databases for piping and pressure vessels, working with strategy teams to improve functionality.
  • Prepare reports and KPIs on coating status on topsides piping and supports.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of criteria developed for condition assessment and projected service life of piping and static equipment.
  • Implement generally applicable lessons learned in Corporate Engineering Standards.
  • Verify refurbishment of piping is done as specified before delivery.
  • Carry out piping condition audits on existing and new marine units.
  • Assist in review documentation on Piping, Static equipment, and inspectability aspects for new lease projects.
  • Support technical decisions regarding Piping and Pressure Vessel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Degree qualification in an Engineering Discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in FPSOs, Piping Inspection/Construction, Asset integrity.
  • Experience in Non-destructive inspection, with significant piping materials/corrosion background.
  • Good analytical skills, excellent communication, planning, and organizing skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to travel internationally, including offshore locations.
