Sharing our experience for a better blue tomorrow.Purpose:As Global Maintenance Strategy Team Lead, you are responsible for guaranteeing the reliability of the units through reliability studies and maintenance strategy review, reducing breakdowns and costs, and increasing revenue.You provide guidance and business rules for strategy standardization to the fleet.Responsibilities:Develop and keep updated a Maintenance Strategy considering lessons learned from the fleet.Oversee implementation of maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.Ensure efficient and optimized execution of maintenance and reliability considering practical, technical, and financial constraints.Create and enforce maintenance policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.Support creation, implementation, update, and monitoring of the Maintenance System and continuous improvement of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Provide guidance for FCA Analysis.Guarantee governance of change requests management.Ensure the Maintenance & Reliability team has clear objectives.Support and promote individual and team development.Lead and mentor the maintenance team, including strategy and reliability engineers, aligning efforts with organizational goals.Education:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Experience:Experience in maintenance management.Oil and gas industry experience (desired).
Strong knowledge of reliability analysis, Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis, and asset management.Functional Competencies:Integrity and Reliability - Predictive maintenance.Analytics and reporting.Integrity and Reliability - Maintenance and Preservation Strategy.Integrity and Reliability - Computerized Maintenance Management System.Change Management.Project control.Risk Management.External benchmark.General Information:SBM Offshore N.V. is a listed holding company headquartered in Amsterdam.
