Senior Global Process Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end Request to Pay processes across functional areas, geographies, and business boundaries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing processes: translating strategies into global processes and leading transformation initiatives.
- Performance management: defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets in collaboration with functions to measure process performance.
- Governance: overseeing the end-to-end process (As-Is, To-Be, and variations), ensuring alignment with objectives and strategy.
- Leadership: leading a team of process owners responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing global R2P processes; influencing organization through mentoring and change management.
- Stakeholder engagement: collaborating with stakeholders to identify value-add and continuous improvement opportunities aligned with their challenges and priorities.
- Operational issue resolution: working closely with functions like Accounting, Procurement, Finance, and Platforms to proactively manage and resolve issues efficiently and innovatively.
- Business relationship development: partnering with senior leaders to improve service levels.
- Technology enablement: collaborating with Information Technology to propose solutions and business cases for budget prioritization.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Business R2P, including at least 2 years in project management within a global enterprise environment.
