Career Opportunity: Product Expert in Technical Support

We seek a highly skilled individual to consult and assist with product problem management for dealers and customers across assigned territories.

As a Product Expert, you will play a vital role in shaping the world with innovative products and services. Your primary goal will be to maximize customer loyalty while minimizing commercial impact due to customer complaints related to products, applications, physical availability, and maintenance requirements.

You will work closely with dealers to support Product Improvement Programs cost-effectively and within designated timeframes, including goodwill and warranty management. Additionally, you will create and prioritize CPI (Continuous Product Improvement) issues, develop action plans with dealers and customers, and ensure the successful introduction of new mining machine models into dealer territories and the marketplace.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance and counseling to dealers, ensuring their technical capabilities are enhanced to identify, improve, and manage product deficiencies, improve component life, lower operating costs, and maintain acceptable levels of physical availability.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
  • Industry knowledge and experience working with Dealers
  • Pre-advanced English language proficiency

Top candidates will also have experience in technical support or technical product management and be available to travel 25-50% within the assigned territory.
