This role involves overseeing the financial processes of a hospital, ensuring accurate and timely billing. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and finance, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
The selected individual will be responsible for managing the billing process, from receipt of invoices to payment processing. They must possess excellent communication skills to work effectively with hospital staff, patients, and external partners.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate financial records, identifying areas for cost savings, and implementing efficient processes to improve hospital operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Billing and Invoicing: Manage the entire billing cycle, including data entry, invoice generation, and follow-up on payments
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, providing insights into hospital finances
- Cost Control: Analyze and optimize costs, identifying areas for reduction and improvement
