A Product Leadership Role Driving Innovation

We are seeking an accomplished Product Manager to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge AI-powered personal assistant. This part-time position involves working remotely from Latin American locations.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle within a startup or early-stage environment. They will be able to break down complex technical topics into actionable plans and user-centric solutions, with familiarity with modern AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, NLP) being a plus.

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and user feedback. They will collaborate closely with users and internal teams to gather insights, validate ideas, and shape requirements. They will also coordinate with engineering to deliver high-impact features on time, resolving blockers and clarifying scope when needed.

The role requires someone who is passionate about Product Management, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited about contributing to a groundbreaking project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, validate ideas, and shape requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering to deliver high-impact features on time, ensuring timely resolution of blockers and scope clarification.
  • Facilitate effective communication between design, engineering, and leadership to ensure alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle in a startup or early-stage environment.
  • Ability to break down complex technical topics into actionable plans and user-centric solutions.
  • Familiarity with modern AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, NLP) is a plus.
