Job Opportunity:

The Lead Product Manager role is a critical position within the organization. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the vision and strategy for our video platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute features and capabilities to drive business growth, focusing on short-term deliverables and measurable outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and advocating for their requirements through ongoing research and prioritization.
  • Drive the development of product roadmaps, defining use cases, customer journeys, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Analyze opportunities and challenges within the product area and process, proposing creative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from User Story definition to engineering work products, participating in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping software used by thousands of users. Strong communication skills are essential to bridge cultural gaps within a global team.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is highly desirable, as well as experience working with global teams.
