We are looking for an experienced product strategist to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, refining, and validating product concepts with clients. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to align design with business strategy and technical feasibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong UX background and experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research.

The role involves facilitating workshops, shaping product visions, and providing strategic recommendations on product direction, market positioning, and user experience. Additionally, the candidate will need to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires executive/managerial experience, including conducting meetings with executive stakeholders and creating presentations that showcase strategic thinking with a clear business impact.

Requirements
  • Executive/Managerial experience: Conduct meetings with executive stakeholders (C-level, VPs, Directors, etc.)
  • Experience: 3+ years in Executive roles such as Director/Head/VP of Product Strategy, and/or 5+ years in Manager roles in Product Management and UX Design, or Product Strategy and UX Design roles
  • Expertise in Product Strategy: Ability to define, refine, and validate product concepts with clients
  • Strong UX Background: Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research
  • Consultative Mindset: Experience working with clients, facilitating workshops, and shaping product visions
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and product-market fit
  • Excellent Communication: Comfortable leading client discussions, presenting ideas, and influencing stakeholders
