Director of Product Strategy

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Product Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving product development and strategy to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in executive roles, such as Director/Head/VP of Product Strategy, or 5+ years in management positions in Product Management and UX Design. They should possess a strong background in product strategy, user experience, and business acumen.

Responsibilities
  • Define, refine, and validate product concepts with clients
  • Facilitate workshops and shape product visions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business strategy and technical feasibility
  • Grow the team of product owners and upskill them on product thinking, user research methodologies, and market validation techniques
  • Establish best practices for product management and strategic design within the company
Requirements
  • Executive/Managerial experience: Conduct meetings with executive stakeholders (C-level, VPs, Directors, etc.)
  • Experience: 3+ years in Executive roles or 5+ years in Manager roles in Product Management and UX Design
  • Expertise in Product Strategy: Ability to define, refine, and validate product concepts with clients
  • Strong UX Background: Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research
  • Consultative Mindset: Experience working with clients, facilitating workshops, and shaping product visions
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and product-market fit
