About the RoleThe Product Innovation Lead will develop impactful products for our customers and business. You'll manage product development from discovery to delivery, working closely with engineering and design teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a result-oriented product strategy, incorporating customer needs, product vision, and business objectives.
- Create a comprehensive product roadmap with success metrics that support the product strategy.
- Pursue synergy with other products, aiming to contribute to equipment integration.
- Foster agile management, delivering continuous value to both customers and the business.
- Cultivate collaboration and psychological safety within multidisciplinary teams.
- Use data for decision-making and strive for a user-centric experience.
- Proven full lifecycle management of digital products, preferably B2B SaaS.
- Desirable experience in embedded software products.
- Agile management and Scrum expertise, fostering incremental value delivery.
- Desirable knowledge in telemetry and logistics.
- Understanding of product return on investment.
- Availability for travel is required.
- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Technology or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Product Management, or related fields will be a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency.
