Construction Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Control Specialist to support our project execution teams in delivering high-quality construction projects.
About the Role- This is a key position within our team, responsible for ensuring that all construction work meets the required quality standards.
- Review and understand all project contract documents and specifications.
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify and report defects and ensure subcontractor compliance with Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
- Prepare and manage inspection schedules aligned with the project timeline.
- Perform work and material inspections, ensuring rejected materials are quarantined and removed.
- Collaborate with execution teams to implement corrective actions and conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances.
- Monitor Fire & Life Safety installations and ensure compliance with authority regulations.
- Track project deliverables, inspection approvals, and quality KPIs using analytical tools.
- Support snagging, project closeout, and defect liability period (DLP) activities.
- Maintain daily site diaries and QA/QC documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a QC Engineer in construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and quality control standards.
- Experience with project closeout procedures and defect management.
- Familiarity with MEP works is advantageous.
- Analytical skills and experience with data management and basic data analytics.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude, passion, and commitment to quality work.
