Job Title: Trade Specialist

At our company, we are seeking an experienced Trade Specialist to join our team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with import and export regulations.

  • Develop procedures and tools to monitor compliance in over 9,000 annual transactions and update more than 10,000 part numbers in government master data.
  • Lead duty minimization programs and projects, coordinating internal training to increase awareness and maximize duty savings.
  • Monitor changes in import and export legislation and communicate closely with entities like CIESP and FIESP to track updates and implement system adjustments.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Foreign Trade or related fields and experience in areas such as Comex, International Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs Consulting, and Finance. Key skills include expertise in import and export legislation, international logistics, materials planning, order management, and finance.

This professional should demonstrate accountability, resilience, and strong organizational skills. They should be able to lead actions with multiple service providers simultaneously and possess analytical abilities to delve into large amounts of data or complex legislations.
