Expert UX/UI Designer Needed

We're looking for a skilled freelancer to collaborate with our Chief Strategy Officer on turning our software into a user-friendly product. This role requires expertise in gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.

To be successful, you'll need to use your understanding of user experience to create an intuitive interface that's easy to use and visually appealing. You'll work closely with our team to identify opportunities and deliver high-value impact through your design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes to illustrate how sites function and look like;
  • Create intuitive interfaces using your knowledge of user-centric design methodologies and problem-solving skills;
  • Advocate for end-users by working with product metrics, user research, and customer insights to identify opportunities;
  • Develop concepts and design strategies for new products and features.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in interaction design, user experience, visual design or similar roles;
  • Dynamic and self-reliant personality with an affinity for IT and digital products;
  • Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g. Confluence or Jira);
  • Experience with usability tests and ability to prepare, implement and evaluate them;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch;
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders;
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
