Job Title: Supplier Pricing Analyst

About the Role:
The role of a Supplier Pricing Analyst is to ensure that Brennan incurs no unknown or incorrect costs from its suppliers. This involves working closely with operational teams to ensure accurate pricing-related information is available in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform service qualifications for all suppliers providing network services.
  2. Coordinate with suppliers for all pre-implementation ad-hoc pricing like relocations, upgrades, Early Termination Fees, etc.
  3. Work closely with Sales Support Team to prepare accurate and detailed order forms.
  4. Support network delivery & assurance team with pricing or Pre-Sales supplier related information.
  5. Manage all Licensing related tasks under Networks Department.
  6. Review all signed contracts along with Contracts Team for any supplier pricing discrepancies.
  7. Provide inputs to Cost model and update internal pricing tool.
  8. Generate detailed as well as summarised reports on monthly basis.
  9. Negotiate pricing with Tier 2 & 3 Suppliers
  10. Keep the shared space up-to-date with contact details & escalation matrix of suppliers.
  11. Adherence and compliance to the defined processes and tasks assigned
  12. Train and mentor internal and other staff as necessary.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 4-6 years' work experience in a pricing role.
  2. Experience with IT Managed Service or equivalent Service Provider industry.
  3. 2+ years of experience in pricing network service offerings.
  4. Experience with generating executive/summary reports.
  5. Ability to work within a team & achieve results through others.
  6. Ability to work in team and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
  7. Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  8. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Ability to work in a billing environment.'
  10. Industry based certifications.
  11. A 'Do what it takes' attitude.
  12. Proven ability to work within and across teams.


Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Prior experience within an outsourced service delivery environment.
  2. Understanding of terms in pricing schedules.
  3. Exposure to IT concepts (infrastructure and/or software).
  4. Passionate towards cost optimization process.
