Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator
About the Job
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing daily financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process daily fixed route data through GFI software and prepare ridership reports.
2. Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and receipt of funds.
3. Reconcile various bank accounts on a monthly basis, maintaining accurate financial records.
4. Track daily deposits from fare boxes and pass sales at multiple facilities.
5. Develop and implement auditing systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
6. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes as needed.

Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent training and/or experience.
- Proficiency in Sage Accounting products preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to interface effectively with management and staff.
- Self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills.
