Facilities Assistant Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant Intern to join our team in Manaus, Brazil.

About the Role:
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of facilities department, including administrative tasks and support for maintenance and repairs.
  • Help maintain clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to requests and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
  1. Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  2. Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
  3. Support maintenance and repairs, coordinating with external vendors and internal teams as needed.
  4. Monitor and maintain clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  5. Develop strong relationships with colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and supporting team goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and database software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
