Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Specialist. This role will play a vital part in helping us build cutting-edge technology that saves lives.
About Our Team
Our team is a fast-growing healthcare technology startup that dramatically boosts clinical trial patient recruitment using generative AI. We are backed by leading venture capital firms and are on a mission to transform clinical research through technology.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain complex JSON configurations for trial recruitment workflows.
- Set up and manage Zapier integrations, particularly with Meta advertising platform.
- Provide customers with implementation guidance.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, identify gaps, and coordinate solutions with the engineering team.
- Monitor and optimize recruitment funnel performance.
- Document processes and maintain operational procedures.
- Act as a quality gatekeeper for all customer-facing elements during setup.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience with JSON, Zapier, and Meta Business platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain structured documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable switching between multiple tools, systems, and priorities.
- Experience with calling API's with tools such as Postman.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with customer onboarding or implementation teams.
- Familiarity with basic data validation or API responses (e.g., via browser dev tools or Postman).
- Understanding of how data flows between systems (basic integration logic).
- Experience using tools like Github, or Jira for task tracking.
- Use and set up of data analytics via Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI tools.
