Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the order-to-cash cycle, ensuring seamless customer experiences from confirmation to delivery. This role involves hands-on management of logistics, driving continuous improvements, and fostering strong relationships with Sales, Finance, Logistics partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound & outbound logistics, guaranteeing on-time and in-full delivery.
  • Own the order-to-cash cycle: processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing invoicing.
  • Align demand, supply, and inventory with sales forecasts.
  • Serve as the daily link between Sales, Finance (external back-office), logistics partners, and customers.
  • Support billing, collections, and proactive customer communications.
  • Report weekly KPIs (delivery performance, AR overdue, issue resolution).
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for scalability.

Requirements:

  • 4–7+ years in sales operations, logistics coordination, or customer operations in a B2B setting.
  • Hands-on experience managing licensed import partners and 3PL providers.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic invoicing and commercial documentation in Brazil.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with CRM/partner portals.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • A customer-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
