Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, accommodating various sales cycle demands.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support in complex sales situations.
  • Maintain a well-managed sales pipeline and educate customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure departmental alignment and mutual support.
  • Innovate within the sales process by introducing process improvements and new technologies.
  • Handle complex sales negotiations and participate in deal closures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Typically, 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 3+ years in a similar role.
  • Proven success in sales and sales enablement.
  • Proficiency in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
  • Continuous learner, staying updated with industry knowledge and technology.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CSP or CSEP.
Languages:

English: C1 Advanced
