Business Development Representative

International Digital Partners is a consulting firm specializing in recruitment and technology services. We work with clients in Brazil and abroad, connecting companies with highly qualified talent.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Brazil. The role is primarily focused on developing new business opportunities in Brazil, with responsibility for the full sales cycle and for building long-term client relationships.

About the Role

This is a high-impact role with clear accountability and strong growth potential. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business with mid- to large-sized enterprises in Brazil.

  • You will build and leverage a professional network to secure meetings with decision-makers (C-level, Directors, IT & HR leaders).
  • You will present and position IDP's services effectively, using sales materials and pitch decks.
  • You will manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
  • You will collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • You will report on pipeline progress, forecast accuracy, and market insights.
  • You will act as an IDP brand ambassador in Brazil, building trust and long-term partnerships.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology, outsourcing/body shop, or recruitment/BPO services.
  • A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • An established network of corporate clients in Brazil (mid/large companies).
  • A self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Pipedrive) and Sales Navigator is a plus.
Compensation

This is a competitive compensation package with:

  • Base monthly compensation (PJ contract) + commission (competitive structure, typically % of gross profit - details provided during interviews).
