We are seeking a professional to spearhead business expansion in Brazil.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for the Brazilian market, achieving sales targets with accountability.
  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze competitors and consumer trends, adapting product strategies accordingly.
  • Establish and manage distributor networks, expanding channels through department stores, beauty chains, and medical aesthetics institutions.
  • Lead e-commerce operations and key account management, designing promotions to boost sell-through rates effectively.
  • Develop distributor training programs and monitor inventory/pricing to prevent cross-region sales issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on localized campaigns and resolve major channel conflicts efficiently.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/channel management (consumer electronics), with at least 3 years focused on the Brazilian market.
  • Expertise in distributor management and channel expansion, with offline retail experience highly preferred.
  • Proven ability in key account negotiation and leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with beauty device/small appliance certifications (e.g., ANVISA, INMETRO).
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Mandarin languages.
