We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Business Development Specialist. This position involves working closely with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth through strategic planning and analysis.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in integrating into client teams. They will work alongside designers and engineers to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business operations and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- 5+ years of professional experience in business development or analysis.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with system modeling tools (UML, BPMN) and data analysis tools.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity tools or frameworks.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
