About the Opportunity:
">- Job Title: Green Hydrogen Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Green Hydrogen Specialist to join our Energy Systems business unit in Southern Europe, Middle-East, Africa and Latin America. As a technical expert, you will support your colleagues in delivering technical due diligence services across the region.
">You will be responsible for executing or managing Green Hydrogen related projects, including technology review, technical due diligence, conceptual design, technical specifications, procurement support, EPC/O&M contract review, design review, construction progress monitoring, testing and commissioning, report writing, presentations, courses, etc.
">In this role, you will work closely with diverse customers and colleagues, identifying, driving and facilitating sales and market led opportunities for energy storage. You will analyze new business opportunities, gather market intelligence and ensure distribution of knowledge amongst relevant colleagues.
">This position offers an opportunity to be involved in other energy technology related projects and provides a chance for personal growth through our philosophy (70% learning on the job, 20% coaching and 10% training) and an individual career development plan in long term.
">Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
">- Execute or manage Green Hydrogen related projects
- Work the majority of your time on chargeable projects
- Extend your external network and identify, drive and facilitate sales and market led opportunities for energy storage
- Analyze new business opportunities, gather market intelligence and ensure distribution of knowledge amongst relevant colleagues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
">- Graduation in Engineering
- Technical expertise in green& blue hydrogen production
- Strong domain knowledge on Green hydrogen value chain (electrolysis, compression, storage and/or conversion to derivatives)
- Economic/business skills to support increase in growth of financial transactions involving hydrogen
- Dynamic and enthusiastic team player - co-operates well with others, shares knowledge, experience and information, and supports others in pursuit of team goals
- Delivery and Results - completes tasks in accordance with expectations and schedule and with strong attention to details, understanding task urgency; able to juggle and manage conflicting work priorities to ensure deadlines are met
- Analysis and judgement - quickly understands and analyses problems & complex issues, provides sound and rational judgements. Demonstrates methodical and systematic approach, plans ahead and prioritises tasks effectively
- Negotiation and Influence - builds good personal and professional relationships. Experience of building long-term client relationships
