Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Maintain and manage our IT infrastructure to ensure efficient and best-in-class IT services.">
  • Monitor and maintain backup and restore procedures to ensure they meet company policy.">
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, user desktops/laptops, system, and network configuration.">
  • Provide continual coaching & mentoring of technical and customer service skills.">
  • Install, configure, and support Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • ITIL Foundation (v3 or 4).">
  • Advanced Desktop and Server support skills with Azure Cloud.">
  • Active Directory / Windows 10 / Office 365 / SharePoint / MS Teams experience.">
  • Experienced in on-prem to cloud application management.">
  • Expertise in global on-premises or cloud networking and security device management and configuration.">
  • Expert level technical experience in Azure Cloud, through design, implementation, and ongoing management.">
  • Expert level understanding of Data Management principles and Azure storage solutions.">

Location

The position can be based at our offices in Madrid, Rio de Janeiro, or London. Occasional travel to some offices might be required.
