Innovation and commitment have enabled KDM to provide excellence in both technologies and service qualities.Key Responsibilities And AccountabilitiesThe Operations Manager oversees regional data operations services, managing functions such as computer operations, reformatting, logistics, indexing, and quality control.
Ensures accurate handling of E&P data and aligns regional performance with organizational goals.
Reports to the Country Manager and collaborates with cross-functional teams.Develop and manage the regional operations budget in collaboration with senior leadership.Evaluate new business opportunities and negotiate service costs to support growth and profitability.Maintain client satisfaction through communication, follow-ups, and meetings to strengthen relationships and revenue.Establish efficient workflows, prioritize tasks, optimize resources, and approve departmental expenditures.Oversee staff performance and development, including hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions, in collaboration with HR.Provide hands-on training on proprietary software and technical tools, with ongoing mentorship.Partner with HSE team to uphold safety standards, ensuring compliance with documentation, training, and reporting.Skills And KnowledgeStrong commitment to safety-first environment.Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire teams.Excellent communication skills to articulate client needs and coordinate with management.Accountability for operational outcomes and ownership of performance goals.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesOversees all local operations departments, delivering performance reports to senior management.Position Type And HoursFull-time position, eligible for regional benefits.
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.TravelMay require travel for off-site meetings; mileage reimbursed.Required Education And ExperienceBachelor's degree in IT, geosciences, or related field.Minimum 5 years in E&P industry.Knowledge of E&P data management standards.At least 5 years leadership experience in technical or operational roles.Proficiency in English, oral and written.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesOil and Gas
