Job Title

We seek a seasoned Data Architecture Expert to design and implement a unified data framework for customer data platforms (CDP), ensuring seamless data collection, identity resolution, and privacy-first activation across marketing channels.

This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable data layers, implement event schemas, and connect systems like Braze, paid media platforms, and analytics tools. The work will empower lifecycle marketing, personalization, and advanced segmentation to drive growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design a CDP framework for centralized data collection, processing, and distribution across channels.
  • Integrate CDP with Braze, analytics platforms, and paid media channels for seamless campaign orchestration.
  • Define and manage standardized event tracking and attributes across app/web touchpoints.
  • Enable audience creation, segmentation, and activation for lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Configure deep link tracking and campaign tactics with server-side attributes.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations while maintaining accurate user identity stitching across devices/channels.
  • Collaborate with data, engineering, and marketing teams to align schemas, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in MarTech, CDP, or marketing data engineering/architecture.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing CDPs (e.g., Segment, mParticle, Adobe RT-CDP, Salesforce CDP, Tealium AudienceStream).
  • Strong knowledge of event tracking, tag management, and data layer design.
  • Proven expertise integrating Braze, marketing automation, analytics, and paid media platforms.
  • Understanding of identity resolution frameworks, consent management, and privacy-first data practices.
  • Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or similar for data validation and reporting.
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical architectures into actionable marketing strategies.
