Job Description

We're seeking an expert in customer data platforms (CDP) to lead the design and implementation of a centralized data model. This role will oversee unified data collection, identity resolution, and privacy-first activation across marketing and analytics channels.

The successful candidate will partner with marketing, product, engineering, and analytics teams to create scalable data layers, implement event schemas, and connect systems like Braze and paid media platforms. This work will empower lifecycle marketing, personalization, and advanced segmentation to drive growth and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing CDPs, such as Segment or mParticle, and a strong understanding of event tracking, tag management, and data layer design.

Additionally, they should have expertise integrating Braze, marketing automation, analytics, and paid media platforms, as well as knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, or similar for data validation and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

7+ years of experience in MarTech, CDP, or marketing data engineering/architecture.

  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing CDPs.
  • Strong knowledge of event tracking, tag management, and data layer design.
  • Proven expertise integrating Braze, marketing automation, analytics, and paid media platforms.
  • Understanding of identity resolution frameworks, consent management, and privacy-first data practices.
  • Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or similar for data validation and reporting.
