About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cognitive Solutions Architect to join our team. As an Architect in this role, you will serve as a leader in defining solutions for clients.

You will be responsible for guiding the technical team to implementation while advocating for the client's needs. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with client stakeholders and internal partners to understand business problems and requirements.

The ideal candidate will have advanced technical skills and knowledge of cognitive technologies, system architecture, and analysis of requirements. They should also have experience with cloud architectures, NoSQL databases, and containerization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic advisory for integrated solutions: Develop frameworks and solutions that meet customer business needs.
  • Collaborative POC execution and solution development: Define and execute proofs of concept and minimum viable solutions with client and IBM teams.
  • Hands-on solutions architecture ownership: Own the solutions architecture plan and build client-facing engagements.
  • Entrepreneurial innovation for client success: Champion innovative strategies to accelerate clients' success using industry and technology expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced technical skills in cognitive technologies, system architecture, and analysis of requirements.
  • Experience with cloud architectures, NoSQL databases, and containerization.
  • Knowledge of APIs, REST, and SOAP.
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence (AI), natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI.
  • Degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

  • Desirable knowledge of VoIP protocols.
  • Desirable experience with machine learning and deep learning.
  • Desirable knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Desirable familiarity with DevOps practices.
