The role of Senior Analyst, Market Access Contracting is a critical position within the organization. It involves managing the execution and operations process of Market Access Contracts, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal business partners across various product portfolios.
This position requires exceptional analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in market access contracts, procurement processes, and a profound understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
Main responsibilities include preparing and finalizing contracts for execution, coordinating procurement activities, conducting risk assessments on new vendors, managing accruals and budgets for commercial units, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
In addition to these duties, the successful candidate may be required to assist with report generation and data extraction as needed.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in market access or procurement. A strong grasp of the pharmaceutical industry and its complexities is essential.
