Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Associate Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 24x7 technical support to customers, identifying and resolving incidents or service requests, collaborating with the team to deliver and support security solutions, and communicating effectively with customers through excellent spoken language skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve customer incidents or service requests using technical knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver and support security solutions based on customer requirements and industry knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through excellent spoken language skills, keeping them informed of incident progress and updates.
  • Handle escalated security incidents through their full life-cycle, making recommendations for preventive controls and improving the security posture of customers.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a Security Operation Center monitoring, detecting, triaging, and supporting security solutions.
  • Intermediate English level, with Spanish knowledge being a plus.
  • Strong experience in one or more security technologies, including Cisco certifications (CCNA+), Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MS-100, MS-101, MS-500), and technical certifications in TrendMicro, FireEye, Proofpoint, Qualys, CloudRaxak, KnowBe4, Splunk, CyberArk, Okta, Digital Guardian, McAfee CASB Security Products.
  • ITIL processes in supporting Security Solutions and Service Delivery, as well as expert use of MS Office Suite and ITIL Foundation Level certification.
