Job Opportunity

We're seeking an Infrastructure Support Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our networks.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in networking and hold a certification in Cisco CCNA or CCNP.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and test network devices, including LAN and WAN switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Support carrier trunking with the local network.
  • Assist in the adoption of monitoring and data collection tools in the network.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have advanced English skills and be familiar with Palo Alto coverage firewalls, SASE, and cybersecurity information.

They will also possess knowledge of Fortinet/Huawei network devices and experience in supporting end-users with logging, diagnosing, and solving problems related to microcomputing, hardware, operating systems, telephony, videoconferencing, web conferencing, audio conferencing, and related areas.
