We are seeking a highly skilled Field Support Engineer with advanced knowledge of Cisco CCNA and CCNP certification or in process. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our LAN and WAN networks.

Job Description

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues on both the LAN and WAN sides. Your expertise will include configuration, testing, and maintenance of network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.

You will also be working closely with our team to implement and support network monitoring and data collection tools, as well as carrier trunking with local networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
  • Available to work on-site in Belo Horizonte
  • Valid Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification or in process
Desirable Skills
  • Cisco CCNA Certification
  • Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and testing of access, border, and core networks for Cisco/HP Family
  • Knowledge of Fortinet/Huawei network and security devices
  • Experience with MS Windows OS, O365 E1/E3/E5, AD, Single/MFA
  • VMware NSX Certification
  • Basic knowledge of Zabbix configuration for network devices
