Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Operations and Support Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing, operating, and monitoring high availability data centers using various technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of data center operations, including server management, network architecture, and storage solutions. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues with data center operations, including power outages, cooling system failures, and other critical incidents.
  • Develop and implement procedures for disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data center services.

  • 5+ years of experience in data center operations, with a focus on server management, network architecture, and storage solutions.
