Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Operations and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers, focusing on Windows VMware environments and associated components.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, operate and monitor high-availability data centers using technologies such as VXRail Dell, Storage EMC and HP Baremetal Servers.
  • Familiarity with core network concepts (switches spine-leaf, L3-L7).
  • Experience or certification in managing 1,500+ VMs/physical servers.
  • Monitor data center facilities (cooling, electrical, temperature/humidity) manually or with tools.
  • Prepare routine documentation to be followed during operation.
Requirements
  • Install, configure, define policies, monitor backup activities for hybrid environments using Veeam/CommVault, NetBackup.
  • Coordinate tape library operations at remote sites; maintain safe tape libraries according to customer policies.
  • Monitor execution and recover/restart operations in case of failure.
  • Participate in DR training and real scenarios; restore activities to reestablish the environment quickly.
  • Prepare runbooks for command center execution.

  • Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM).
  • Python, Java, .Net, Elastic Stack, Kibana and Selenium.
  • Microsoft System Center Orchestrator (SCO).
  • PowerShell.
  • SQL Reporting Services and Power BI.
  • Application Insights.
