Job Opportunity: Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Expert. This role will involve managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring its security and reliability.

As an Infrastructure Expert at our organization, you will play a critical role in maintaining our IT infrastructure, guaranteeing its security and availability. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing datacenter operations for on-premises/cloud environments, including virtualization and orchestration systems using hypervisors like VMWare or Microsoft.
  • Resolving incidents that impact operations, evaluating new products and version upgrades, tracking migration activities, and maintaining hardware compatibility with Microsoft, VMware, and Redhat.
  • Providing maintenance and technical support for software and equipment in platform-as-a-service solutions.
  • Validating compatibility matrices for devices connected to storage and data networks, updating drivers or firmware as needed.
  • Monitoring large-scale activities, applying patches, and monitoring health indicators for high-availability DCs using technologies like VXRail Dell, Storage EMC, and HP Baremetal Servers.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience with Datacenter On-Premises, Unix/Intel platforms, HCI Dell VXRail, and Standard 3-layer topology.
  • Certification on MS Windows Datacenter and Windows Server OS.
  • Knowledge of Linux RedHat/Suse, VMWare for Servers Virtualization, and experience with tools like Unisphere, Veritas NETBackup, OpsCenter, and Veeam.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide users on software, applications, and information systems, as well as identify and report critical problems impacting the technological environment.

Additional desirable qualifications include certifications in Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Linux RedHat/Suse Distribution, and experience with tools like Manage Engine, PowerShell, SQL Reporting Services, Power BI, Application Insights, Elastic Stack, Kibana, and Selenium.
