Job Title: Technology Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technology Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology and wants to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.


About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our database infrastructure, including designing and implementing database solutions, evaluating new technologies, and ensuring data security.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain database solutions using Oracle (11c to 19g) and PostgreSQL.
  • Evaluate new features and products to improve database performance and security.
  • Maintain backup and recovery policies and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to other teams.
  • Participate in the organization and execution of major operations and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of database administration, particularly Oracle and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with scripting languages and cloud computing platforms (Azure and AWS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
