Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure department, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting customer care and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and integrate legacy monolith applications and microservices using modern distributed system technologies on-premise and in Azure Cloud.
  • Automate the entire delivery pipeline, including release of all assets, configuration changes, environment provisioning, and production health monitoring/alerting.
  • Evaluate and implement tools/frameworks/services to support configuration management and CI/CD.
  • Develop scalable platform infrastructure and tooling to support our platforms.
  • Maintain and implement security processes for code, platform, and tools.
  • Automate common operations processes.

Qualifications:

  • Professional systems engineering and/or development experience.
  • Fluency in orchestrating microservices, scaling, resiliency, and performance.
  • Strong networking background with understanding of firewalls, load balancing, routing, etc.
  • Linux Systems Administration.
  • CI/CD Platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, Atlassian Bamboo).
  • Automation via scripting languages (Bash, Python, Powershell, etc.).
  • Experience working in Azure Cloud or other Cloud provider.
  • SSL Certificate Management.
  • Monitoring and Logging (Splunk, New Relic, etc.).
  • Assist with architecting solutions related to infrastructure, networking, and deployment of products.

Job Requirements:

Please note that this position requires a strong foundation in computer science, software development, and information technology. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and relevant work experience in DevOps, software development, or a related field.
