Infrastructure Systems Analyst Position

We seek a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Systems Analyst to join our organization. As an Infrastructure Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure systems, including hardware and software components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IT infrastructure systems, such as network devices, servers, and storage systems.
  • Configure and manage infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure systems, including hardware and software components.
  • Experience with network protocols, operating systems, and database management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in ITIL or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
