About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team and enhance the client's technical infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing level 1 support to users, organizing and auditing IT inventory, configuring and setting up Windows and Mac computers, and supporting audiovisual resources in meeting rooms and events.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Intermediate English – speaking and writing
  • Experience with Windows and Mac computers
  • Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications

A degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or related IT fields is preferred. Additionally, knowledge of programming languages such as Python and JavaScript is an asset.
