IT Infrastructure Specialist

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and managing a best-in-class IT infrastructure for our remote work environment. We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent technical skills and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement a robust IT infrastructure department
  2. Enable enterprise-level services
  3. Equip and provision for enterprise clients
  4. Provide global tech enablement and helpdesk support
  5. Manage networking and connectivity needs
  6. Oversee applications management
  7. Manage software and permissions
  8. Administer user accounts
  9. Conduct software gap analysis, source new software, onboard, and maintain software
  10. Train contractors and staff on job-related software
  11. Develop disaster recovery plans and manage their implementation

Requirements:
  • Technical expertise and knowledge of programming
  • Understanding of process improvement and networking concepts
  • Able to present technical information effectively
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization
  • Efficient troubleshooting skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering
  • At least five years of management experience in IT or related fields
  • Experience working in BPO and mid-size company environments
  • Ability to set up and troubleshoot various technical equipment
