This role requires collaboration with client stakeholders, internal teams, and the Training Department to ensure consistent performance and knowledge alignment across all levels.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage comprehensive onboarding for new hires, including direct support for approximately one month to ensure readiness for live operations.
- Create and facilitate quarterly training sessions, mock calls, calibrations, and final assessments to ensure product and sales proficiency.
- Conduct refresher trainings, upskilling initiatives, and SOP updates in collaboration with quality teams to improve service quality and CSAT.
- Design and maintain training materials such as one-pagers, simulations, SOPs, and workshops aligned with product updates and business goals.
- Share training outcomes and action plans during Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR).
