About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions, taking ownership of Plant Optimization projects in the execution phase, and providing support in the operational phase. This role involves collaborating with clients and colleagues from different functions and divisions, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Lead the design and implementation of process control solutions from model identification to commissioning.
  • Develop and execute Plant Optimization strategies to improve process efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide expert support for customers with deployed Advanced Process Control solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and deliver value-added services.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in chemical engineering or related field.
  • Significant experience in physics, thermodynamics, chemistry, automation, and control.
  • Proven knowledge of typical industrial processes, including Oil & Gas, Refining, Petro-chem, and Power generation.
  • Expertise in process control, including modeling, simulation, and control design.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
