About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position in our organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, conducting diagnostics and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert technical advice and guidance.
  • Analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless case flow and resolution.
  • Manage complex technical cases, working closely with subject matter experts to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions.

This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in English is essential, with Portuguese being an added advantage.
