We are seeking an expert Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance via calls, chats, and emails. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the tech industry and a desire to work in a multicultural environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support, resolving complex inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver technical support via multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email
- Resolve technical issues of varying complexity, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain current knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new technologies and developments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support delivery
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
- Previous experience in technical support, desktop support, or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including VPNs, firewalls, and cloud services
