Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include providing first-level contact support to ensure high levels of resolution, responding to and resolving customer requests related to software, hardware, and network operations difficulties, accurately documenting calls and incidents, managing time and workload to meet predetermined service levels, and maintaining data accuracy in our contact management system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of data and voice network concepts, proficiency in languages such as English and local languages of the countries it supports, and typically require a High School diploma with Associate's Degree or professional certification(s) preferred. Additionally, 2-4 years of related experience, including 6 months of IT Service Desk experience and 6 months previous experience providing Level 3 support for MS Office, MS Exchange, and MS Windows networks, are required.
