Product Support Expert
We are seeking a skilled Product Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolutions.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and QA to improve product functionality and user experience.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- 4+ years of experience in technical product support (B2B/SaaS preferred).
- Hands-on experience supporting software in production environments (Mobile & Web).
- Strong skills in scripting, SQL, APIs, HTML, and debugging tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
